We hire for craft, not for cheap. If you're early-career, this isn't the right shop — we don't use clients as training data.

Direct contact with the work.

Every role on the team has direct exposure to clients and to the actual deliverables. No layers, no ghost-writing your name onto someone else's output.

Operating principles, not slogans.

How we hire, how we run reviews, how we settle disagreements — it's the same standard up and down. We argue with what we disagree with, listen first, and finish what we start.

Remote-first, hybrid-friendly.

Most of the team works remotely. Either works.
